VA--OR ANYBODY WITH INFO--INTERRVIEWS

I am a graduate student working on a project.  I need help, please.
I am suppose to interview the following positions:  a school library
media specialist, a coordinator/director of technology, and the
division's representative to the Regional Schools Contracting and
Planning Subcommittee (RSCPS) for instructional television.  I do not
know any school system that has all three of these positions.  Please
share if you do know of any or are one of these.

Second question, are you/they willing to be interviewed?  Thanks for the
