Pegasus Mail cleaning time

We use Pegasus Mail for receiving Internet mail and for student/staff
use within our school building.  It has gotten to the point where we
need to clean out mail boxes, and we can't remember how to do that.

We use both DOS and Windows versions now and the last time we only used
DOS.  I don't believe that makes a difference, but can't remember how we
did it anyway.  (old age I guess :-(  )

Anyone out there help us cleaning up all that old mail from Pegasus
Mail?  Our computer drive would be forever greatful (and SO WOULD I).
