Greetings All: I have what I believe is known as a locked or stuck icon because I can not open my Dial-up Networking icon in My Computer on my Win 95 desktop. I have read the references, booted- up, booted down, tried a new install, etc. When I click on the icon, it opens for perhaps one second, thus I can't dial-in.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
