Copyright sources, esp. WEB sources

One of my aaociates is creating a WEB page and printed mateials for
librarians and teachnical  people who have to dale with filsm, videos ,
computers and technology.  Does anyone have some sources for this kind of
info that I could forward to him?  THanks very much for your help.
