GEN: Scam alert

I have been interested in the reports of the computr programs that help
locate the names of people by address or phone number.  In additon to my
teaching certificate I have a license to sell real estate and in the real
estate business we have used books called Johnson Directories that have
provided this information in print form for many years.  We use it to call
FSBOs (for sale by owner) in an effort to get listings and to find out the
names of people living at different addresses.  My reason for posting this
to the list is to say that these programs aren't anything new, just a new
format.
