Looking for help with a little research

To elementary school library media specialists:

   I am starting work on a doctoral dissertation and am enlisting help
from fellow LMS.  I am interested in the kinds of children's literature
requests you receive from the teachers in your buildings.  If you your
school and/or district embrace the literature based philosophy of
instruction and you would be willing to fill out a short questionnaire in
the near future, please let me know.  All help will be greatly
appreciated.
