Country flags

    I have a student who needs three flags for Japan.  One is easy, the
    current or U.N. flag.  The other two are more difficult, one is the
    Flag of Independence and the other is the First national flag.  If you
    know where these are, either on the Web or in traditional resources, I
    would appreciate help.
