Anybody interested in discussing this topic:
when to use the Internet vs. print sources?
Our nurse came in to see me this morning needing help for her middle school
son's assignment.   (Yes, I know what some of you parents are thinking!)
Anyway, she was directed to "check the internet."  The assignment was to
find biographical information about two hockey players.   I said that I
felt that print materials were best indicated here.  She wanted to check
the Internet.   She somehow messed up starting Netscape on the MAC and had
to reboot.   While this was occurring, I found two excellent references in
current books.  When do YOU go to print versus Internet?
