TECH: Desktop Icons for Windows 95

Fellow LM_NETers,

I recently got a new computer (YEAH) which has Windows 95.  After reading
through all the "help" files, and every manual I could get ahold of, I
thought I'd ask the people who have never failed me before.

How do you make icons that will appear on the desktop?
