Teaching booktalking

Help!  I have been doing booktalks for years now but this is the first
time that someone has asked me to teach their students how to do a
booktalk.  I need advice and ideas on how to teach 5th graders to do a
booktalk.  I will search the archives but not having seen anything on
this lately I thought I would ask.  I am more than willing to share all
ideas that I receive in a HIT.  Thanks!!
