Reading a whole book in an hour

I deleted the original request before I heard an add on the radio for a speed
reading program which could teach you to read a book in an hour.  I didn't
catch the name of the company but the phone number is 1-800-611-4099.  I have
not seen this program or know anything about it.  I hope this helps!
