Dear LM_Netters, I have a question from our resource room teacher. We have a new reading program, that is giving all students extra reading work beyond the classroom-level program. Some groups are phonics-intensive. The teachers have been looking for a quality sound board for phonemic awareness. They have been debating whether to make their own or buy, and can't decide on what company from which to buy. So, the question is, does anyone know of the best/highest quality sound board on the market (looking at durability, ease of use, and price). Also, does anyone know of a method for making a durable sound board manipulative. TIA, Cheryl Jakobovic, SLMS Calvin U. Smith Elementary Painted Post, NY
