Phonics Program

LM_Netters:
        At a reading conference today, someone asked me if       had
heard of a phonic-based reading program called "Johnny Can't Read" or
something similar.  The person was not talking about the book by a
similar title. I am familiar with several phonics programs, but not
this.  Has anyone heard of this one?  I would appreciate any information
you can share.  TIA
