Newbery Programs

Hi,
I'm currently serving in a K-4 Catholic Elementary School.  We will add an
additional grade each year (next year 5th grade) until we reach 8th grade.

I am interested in starting an incentive program for reading Newbery Medal
books.  Do you have such a program?  How does it work?  What type of
incentives do you use?
