Hi Marie, They revised out Math curriculum several years ago and wiped out several "old-standbys" -- including Geometry. At the high school they have adopted the Saxon Math books and have the following courses: Applied Math Pre-Algebra Algebra I Algebra I (enriched) Algebra II Algebra II (enriched) Advanced Math I Advanced Math II A.P. Calculus (enriched) All are year-long math classes. Many students who are going on to college have taken at least pre-algebra or even algebra I at our middle school. That builds in a body of students who have time in their schedule to take our A.P. Calculus course or to elect a college level math course in our concurrent college enrollment program for seniors. Hope this helps! Dick Brulotte L.M.C.Director Hayes High School 289 Euclid Avenue Delaware, Ohio 43015 614-369-7656, ext. 325 e-mail: RBrulotte@aol.com
