TARGET: NAMES OF CENSORED TEACHERS

A faculty member is doing her dissertation on the effects of censorship
attempts on the teachers who experience them.  Her sample is comprised of
those individual teachers who experienced a censorship attempt as reported
by People for the American Way in their most recent (1996) report.  PAW
has given her people to contact in each district, but often they are not
the teachers themselves.  She's trying to get names and, if possible, the
school addresses of the teachers without calling principals/curriculum
directors, etc.  Please scan this alphabetized list of incidents reported
