TARGET: Weighted grades(HS)

My principal has asked me to locate information on how schools using
weighted grades do so--Having just spent the last hour in the archives
with very little success and recalling that this was discussed _sometime_
in the last 6 months I'm hoping folks will reply directly to me regarding
this.  I'll be happy to post a hit if there is interest.  TIA!!!!
