Nevada recipe

Dear Group,
     I too am involved in the quilt project with a group of LM_NETTERS
from around the country.  We have been assigned the state of Nevada.  I
would love to hear from someone from that wonderful state!  We need
a recipe that would be well known in that area--something a little different
from one from other parts of the country.
