Home page construction

I will be giving an inservice in February to a group of teachers who are
interested in writing home pages for their school.  I need a list of
resources that the teachers can use for this purpose including lists of
school home pages in addition to Yahoo and Web66, ideas for constructing
the home page, and tips on legalities.

If anyone knows of books or web sites that would be appropriate, please let
me know.  I will not be going into HTML programming since the teachers can
use Claris Home Page or Pagemill for their web page construction.
