Although my question is not related to libraries, it seems that
librarians have all the answers!

Our district is seeking information from other school districts who give
compensation for unused sick leave when a person either leaves a district
through retirement or resignation.  If your district does this, or if you
know of a district which does this, please send me the name of a contact
person.
