SEC: chess in library?

I am only in my second year at Central. We are a culturally diverse,
urban high school of 1950 students. The sponsor of the chess club has
asked for a couple of his team members to be allowed to play chess during
their 9th period study hall in the library. How about you? Anyone have other
activities happening in your "reading rooms"?
