REF: Forget-me-not poem

Dear Netters,
     A faculty member needs poems about forget-me-nots
for a project.  I have found one citation, author anonymous,
listed in Granger's, but I can not locate the anthology it is
in: The Book of a Thousand Poems, Jeannie Murray MacBain, ed.
(1942) Evans Brothers.
     According to a helpful librarian who has access to more
volumes of Grangers, there are at least four "Forget-me-Not(s)":
one by Anonymous, one by Austin Clark, one by Kaufman, and
one other, but she did not provide sources.
     If you can locate and send me any of these, or any other poems
about forget-me-nots, I'd be eternally grateful.  Thank you!
