GEN: Visually Impaired Student learning Geometry

Any suggestions for teaching a low-vision student who cannot draw or write
geometry?  Student appears to understand the concepts in geometry.  He uses
a large print ruler, has difficulty reading a protractor, and can't
physically manipulate a compass, protractor, or pencil.  Would be
interested in a computer program, if available.  Thanks.
