Hi, Here are the directions for saving Netscape bookmarks and/or copying them to another machine. There are two methods. One working within the Netscape software. One working outside the software. Copying from harddrive to haddrive: The bookmark file is called - bookmark.html It is in the Netscape directory. In Macintosh it can be found in the System folder/Preferences folder/Netscape f folder. That file can be dragged onto a diskette and copied and then dragged from the diskette into the desired machine in the Netscape directory or Netscape f folder in Preferences. In windows it's about as easy. Be sure to copy the file and don't move it. You will figure it out once you find the file. Note: This method will replace (overwrite) the existing file as they both havethe same name. Importing/exporting within Netscape: (This works best if you want to save the existing bookmark set.) 1. Open Netscape. 2. Open Bookmarks (either from window pull-down menu or command-B) 3. Select the desired bookmarks with mouse or select all. 4. Open file menu and select save bookmark file. 5. Save to harddrive or diskette. 6. -- On second machine open Netscape and Bookmarks. 7. -- Open file menu and select import bookmark file. This will keep BOTH sets of bookmarks if that is desired. Thanks to everyone who responded. I tried it today and it worked! _*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_ Kevin Dellit Hayden, Colorado 81639 kdellit@colosys.net 970-276-3761
