I have been approached about having open hours during the evening as part
of the adult ed. program.  Although the idea is great, I am not interested
in doing it myself.  After 9 periods with students and no aide, a 25 minute
lunch, and a break that never happens, I am drooping by 4:00. I have,
however, responded positively and offered to train the person hired.  The
person setting this up is a K teacher who has a certification as a LMS but
has never worked as one.  She's interested in doing it as a way to be
trained with the automated system we have.

Please send me your do's, don't, suggestions, ground rules, comments, etc..
