Dear LM_Netters,


I need your help...AGAIN!  Last month, when it was suggested that we
have the library open after school I went into the LM_NET archives and
went into my meeting with the principal with "ammunition." He agreed
with me and we worked out a compromise that didn't involve me working
without pay or losing my paraprofessional!

I need "ammunition" again.  I went back into the archives yesterday
looking for some information about teachers sending classes to the
library to do research when they have a substitute.  I looked under
the keywords "substitute,"  "research" and "scheduling." Has this been
discussed?

If this has not been discussed, could you please send me arguments for
"not sending students in when teachers are absent IF TEACHERS have
already planned the assignment with me and signed up to use the
library and then they are ill."  I will post a "hit."
