NC only: summer jobs

Our absolutely brilliant chemistry/physical science  teacher who is also
an accomplished organist and linguist is trying to come up with a summer
job using a foreign language.  Spanish is her first choice but she also
speaks French and I-don't-know-how-many-other languages.  She is
relatively flexible about location but would prefer to stay in North
Carolina or nearby.

If any of you wonderful North Carolina librarians have any suggestions
for her, either specific jobs or simply general ideas of where to look,
she would be eternally grateful.
