remember that in some inner cities people are buying their own
stuff--I've had teachers buying paper at Office Stores, and yes, tape
decks at K-Mart--when it "goes" and you need it tomorrow -you buy. No I'm
not recommending this for people who have channels--such as bids to go
through,but across this country budget cuts and site-based management
have brought about some changes--the glory of this list is that our
situations are often very different.
