Thank you to the over 20 people who responded to my inquiry about this
company. Although the replies ranged from "Hate them -will never do
business with them again" to "A great company to deal with", the majority
of the responses were positive. Most people said they had no problems
with the returns nor with billing. Indication was that they are weighted
toward nonfiction titles. Some raved about the great bindings, while
someone else thought they were poor.
