SEC: Summer reading

I work in a K-8 school and the local high school has formed a committee of
parents to select a summer reading list.  The librarian is not on the
committe for whatever reasons, but a friend of mine is and I told her that I
would get some recommendations from some very good school librarians for her
to consider.
So, if you school grades 9-12 has any required reading could you send me the
list of books?
