TARGET: BLOCK SCHEDULING -MASSACHUSETTS

I have read many of the archived messages on block scheduling and realize
this has been a hot topic.
Our school is due to go on a 4x4 block in September and I have a particular
interest in high schools in Massachusetts.   Specifically:

How have you managed scheduling classes in the Media Center??
Are students allowed to come to the Media Center without a class?
Do you have a power block?
Does your school have a curriculum based Media program?
If you have been on block scheduling for two years, what do your circulation
statistics look like?  In general, is your use up or reduced?

Thank you in advance.  I realize many schools in Mass. have only been on
the block for one year.
