Target: Tiered Faculty Observation System

District administration needs to locate other school districts that use a
tiered level observation system for faculty observation.  This is a system
that uses one type of observation form for a  beginning or entry faculty
position and another type of observation form for the master or experienced
faculty position.   The assistant superintendent wants to find out what
guidelines other schools use for implementation of such a system and what
criteria other districts use to move a person from one level up to the next
or to move a master teacher back to the beginning observation system.
        If your school district uses this type of observation system please
