Hit: Library Media Specialist Evaluations

Last month I asked for "ideal" evaluation forms for library media
specialists.  Thank you to everyone who sent me forms and literature.  I
apologize for taking so long to  respond; as of last week I was still
receiving forms. Most of the forms are quite lengthy.  Some of the material
is copyrighted and some forms have been used and therefore have personal
information on them.  For these reasons I am not posting them.  If you
already e-mailed me your snail mail address and asked me to  share the
responses, I have your request and I will send you copies of the forms. If
any one else wants copies of the forms that I received, e-mail me with your
snail mail address. Our committee should complete our "ideal" form for
library media specialist evaluation by the end of March.  I will send that
one, also, to anyone who requests it.  I need your snail mail address,
though, I cannot fax them.  Again, Thanks!
