Students work on Net

[Clintonville High School <chs@ATW.FULLFEED.COM>]

I am looking for specific policies that regulate student work on web pages.
Do you use first names only, photographs, all work?  Do you have a parental
permission form?  Is it part of your AUP?  Any help would be appreciated.
