TECH:HP Scanner installation problem

I don't know what I would do without LM_NET!!

I received a new HP scanner and need to use it for a workshop on Saturday.  The
software installed ok, the card installed ok, the computer is reading rhe card.

When we click on the icon in windows, either the test or the regular we get a
message stating that a file is incompatable with this version of win32s.  I
have found directions in several places on how to remove and reinstall win32s.
Apparently this is a common problem since directions are all over, however, we
can't get it to work.

Any ideas?
