Needed: Ideas AND Nonprint Sources to Teach Note-taking (Elem.)

Hello,

I'm a library media specialist at an elementary school.

I need ideas and especially nonprint sources (i.e. video)
to teach students, grades 4-6, how to take notes.
I've tried a variety of things; some w/success, but feel
there's got to be just a fantastic resource somewhere to
help students learn this easier and more completely.

Please help.
