JOB SATISFACTION

I am a graduate student at the College of Library and Information =
Science at the University of South Carolina.  Next fall I need to do a =
research project.  I have decided to do it on job satisfaction and the =
school library media specialist.  I am preparing the survey right now to =
give to local school media specialist when they return to school.  I =
would love to have input from school media specialist as to what =
questions I should ask to really get measurable answers in terms to =
salary, policies, environment, differences of school level(elementary, =
middle, high school). =20

Please send me any thoughts, questions, or surveys you have that you =
feel will help me accurately measure job satisfaction/dissatisfaction in =
the career.  Library students would love to know how librarians really =
feel as opposed to what we are told in our textbooks!  Thank you for =
your time and help!!!
