Dear Netters,

I am starting this year in a brand new school as the Media
Specialist. I've have been in the same position in another
school for 5 years. Here's my question: I have two big boxes
of books that I had collected for my classroom as a 5th grade
teacher and since moving into the media center, they've been
packed away. I was considering giving them away to friends
who are teachers, but I really want to keep them. I thought
maybe some of you had an idea of what could be done with
them. I would like them to be used, but don't want to go to the
trouble of processing them. Also, many are above the reading
level of elementary school students. I was thinking maybe an
exchange program with teachers would be in order.. and a way
to become acquainted with them.... Any ideas???? TIA
