GEN: Facilities, Staffing Survey

We are doing a short survey of school library facilities and staffing
patterns.  If you would be willing to receive the survey questions
by e-mail and reply online (this would make it take only a few minutes),
please reply to this message.  The survey will not be posted to the
entire list, but just sent to those willing to participate.

Results will be tabulated and returned in about 3-4 weeks.
