Dealing with junk e-mail**** Suggestions from a recent HIT 1. Set filters on your email program. 2. Download "Spam Hater" {great name} which enables you to send a pre-written unpleasant threatening email back to the source. www.compulink.co.uk/ 3. To prevent getting on some lists, download an "anonymizer" which can block your identity when visiting a site. Two download URL's are: www.anonymizer.com wiww.pgp.com *****3. Temporarily Stopping Mail From LM_NET***** If you want to stop receiving mail from LM_NET for a period of time, all you have to do is send a specific message to the listserv computer which handles LM_NET mail.
