Target: CA only - Jobs in Hunington Beach

Does California have a web site for job openings?  My neice
recently moved to CA in the Hunington Beach area.  She has
experience as a secondary English teacher and is looking.
She has taken the accrediation test for CA so she should
be ready to work in Sept.  Any help would be appreciated.
