1997 World Book CD

Dear Friends,
I received a response from one other LM_NETTER that had the same
problems with the 1997 version of the World Book CD and sent it back!
After trying all the Macintosh troubleshooting techniques I know, I
called technical support. The friendly man on the other end said that
speed (or lack of it) seems to be the problem with both the PC and the
Mac version along with the fact that you can't print selected text,
you must print the whole article. So hang on to the 1995 and 1996
versions because they are better and much faster!
The customer service number is 1-800-621-8202 if any of you want to
call to complain.

This greatly disappoints me as World Book has been one of my favorites
because of the ease of use and speed.

I'm still trying to get ordering information for Collier's and
Encyclopedia Americana (CD-ROM Macintosh versions) If anyone has that
info, please email me.
