Much thanks to all of you who responded to my filmstrip frustration. After reading your responses I didn't feel like such a rotten person after all. The filmstrips were housed in two cabinets--one on wheels that also could accomodate cassettes. I spent a day at school last week pulling out the desired filmstrips and matching with the audio tape (and sometimes the record!) All 552 almost fit in this cabinet. I arranged them nicely by Dewey #, and will roll them down the hall to the teachers room next time I see her and "give" the entire thing to her. I really did buy a lot of videos that would work for her this year. In the meantime she may have her filmstrips and the Library has saved $552 from my automation cost. Thanks again for the advice.
