medical abstract index

My daughter's fiance' is a doctor doing online research in orthopedics.
He needs an index to the *abstracts* of articles in medical journals.  He
hasn't been able to find one.  Can anyone help me help him?  His primary
journal is "American Journal of Orthopedic Research."
