ELEM: Non-Fiction Shelf Markers

Dear Colleagues,
Would like to identify the sections of our non-fiction shelves with
"something" that our primary students can recognize.  Obviously,
pictures of the various subjects would be the most useful.  Any sources?
 Has anyone used the shelf markers from Highsmith or the section markers
from Demco with pictures or stickers affixed?  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
