Discipline

This is my first attempt at posting.
I am currently a graduate student obtaining my Masters in Library Science.
I feel that my graduate studies have prepared me for becoming a Media
Specialist with one exception. My undergraduate degree was not in
Education, and I am concerned about discipline problems once I
become the Media Specialist. I would appreciate any help or advice that
you can share with me in the form of books on discipline, helpful ideas and
other suggestions.
