target: software info requested

Would anyone know of some kind of software that you could enter ingredients
fora recipe and the calories, fat, etc. would be calculated?

Also, is there a map or atlas CD (or disc) that you can enter latitude and
longitude coordinates and then the site comes up in the program.

Sorry if either of the above are too vague, but that is generally what I need.
