     I am a media specialist at a 3-5 grade elementary school in Florida.
 I would like to job share next year but wanted to get some feed-back
from others who have done this before I talk with my principal.  So
anyone out there who can give me some "pro and cons" of such a
situation, please write.
     Our student population in around 600 and the school is completly
"wired" for the internet and e-mail capabilities. I would like to
arrange one position for two days a week and the other three days a
week.
