Dear LM_Netters, I have a challenging question for you: In the writing of a date, for example, 3/6/1997, 3 refers to the month, 6 to the day of the month, and 97 to the year. What is the proper term for the 19 portion of 1997? Not century, for this is the 20th century.... Please email responses directly to me.
