My superintendent would like an efficiency study done on our media paraprofessionals. Anyone know of an instrument? I can certainly make something up, but would rather not reinvent the wheel. Last thing I used for evaluation was BRAC! and that doesn't really apply. TIA. Jean Liming, Lapeer, MI, Community Schools
